Appointments:

For scheduling appointments, you will speak to our appointment coordinator, Ann. We will try to accommodate your scheduling needs as best we can. She can be reached at by phone or appointments@straightteth.net.
First Visit (Initial Consultation)

For your first visit, Dr. Donato will perform a simple initial exam, which will include some photos. Then he will explain the nature of the orthodontic problem, treatment and length of treatment time. Marianne our Clinical Coordinator will discuss appliance options and appointment sequencing and can answer any questions patients or parents may have. Our Office Manager/Financial Coordinator, Catherine, will outline the method of payment as well as insurance reimbursement procedures if applicable. If treatment is indicated and accepted, an appointment for diagnostic records will be reserved.
Second Visit (Diagnostic Records)
- Digital Photos
- Digital X-Rays
- Impressions
- Comprehensive exam including oral, TMJ, head and neck exam.
- Seperators placed if applicable.
Third Visit (Insertion)
Fourth Visit (Adjustments)
- Typically every 6-8 weeks for braces
- Typically every 4-8 weeks for appliance Phase I Therapy
*If your third visit was fitting for a Phase I appliance you will receive your appliance on the fourth visit.
